Shipping Policy

1. Where do the products come from?

We ship from our warehouses located in China. Therefore, please expect your goods to be shipped separately (if you order more than one product), as different warehouses specialize in different types of goods. Our store’s currency is in dollars.

2. Do you ship internationally? How much is the shipping?

Yes we do ship everywhere and shipping is free.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Order processing takes 1-10 business days before shipment. Deliveries usually take from 1 to 3 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays, sometimes, it may take up to 2 months. It depends on what you purchased/where you live! If your shipment delay takes longer than 2 months - you can contact us or email info@pastelkitten.com for specific shipping times.

4. My order has not arrived yet, even though you said the waiting time takes 2 months max. Why?

While some parcels may arrive early, others may experience shipping delays, or you may be living in a more isolated region where our product is produced (China). If it does not arrive in 8 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed.

5. I have received only some of the items I've ordered, where are the rest?

We ship from different parts of China using different carriers so some items may arrive earlier than the others. Some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and your order number.

6. What about possible custom fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree to our terms that one or more packages may be getting custom fees once they arrive to your country (however,  this happens very rarely).

7. Will this item get to me before the said date?

If you plan to give one of our products as a holiday present or an occasional gift, we do not recommend buying it during the month when the planned holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving to you on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

Sometimes the goods may be no longer in stock, in which case the money for the goods will be returned to you automatically. Or you can choose any other product from the same price category.
